Salon Policies

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY TO FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH OUR SALON POLICIES AND BOOKING PROCEDURE

Late arrivals. Please keep in mind that arriving late for your appointment may require us to shorten the length of your treatment, with full applied. This policy has been put in place so it does not inconvenience our other clients. We regret that late arrivals WILL NOT receive an extension on their appointment time.

​

All new clients must book a free consultation 24-48 hrs prior to your first appointment. During this appointment, we will discuss your service expectations, desired look, and perform a patch test to minimize any possibility of a reaction to products.

​

As a courtesy to our other clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This can be done via our online bookings page.

All new clients, please advise MLUXE upon booking if you currently have extensions from another lash technician. This is so we can determine if we can perform an infill service, or if removal is required and a new set applied.

​

Strictly no children are to accompany you to your appointment. This is for their safety, as hazardous equipment and insurance guidelines will not permit this.

​

Please refrain from drinking coffee or caffeinated drinks prior to your appointment. Caffeine causes your eyes to flutter, making lashing difficult, if not impossible!

​

You will be required to lay still for a length of time. Depending on your service, up to 4 hours. Please use the restroom prior to the commencement of your service and switch your mobile to silent. We recommend you use this time to relax and take advantage of some downtime. We have various music playlists for you to choose from to help you unwind. We love to chat with our clients, but talking and body movements can make lashing difficult. Remember, we are using sharp tweezers to isolate and attach extensions to a very small working area. Less movement means less time having to stop and readjust tape/eye pads and ensures your safety and your lashes are being completed within your allocated appointment time.

We guarantee all of our products and services to be of the highest quality and standard. If however, you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us WITHIN 72 HOURS  to discuss and reschedule a free touch up service.

​

All clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your service cost. Booking fee will be carried forward to your next appointment if RESCHEDULED WITHIN 24 HOURS.

 

It is required that you have a minimum of 40% of your lashes in order for it to be considered an infill. Any less than 40% is considered a  full set and will be charged accordingly.

No infills are to be booked over 4 weeks from your last set. This will be considered a new set. Outgrown lashes will be removed and a new set applied and charged at a full set cost. Please choose the correct service when booking online.

​

Booking fees are strictly non-refundable. No shows and cancellations that are NOT MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS will result in forfeit of the booking fee.
